About Troike Building Corporation

Troike Building Corporation is one of the most unique custom builders in Northeastern Ohio. John Troike, President, has earned a reputation as being an innovative leader in the housing industry. He and his staff are committed to serving their clients with excellence in workmanship, customer service, quality designs and construction practices. A Troike built home will reflect some of the finest craftsmanship and attention to detail found in Summit, Stark and Medina Counties.

John entered the building industry in 1977 working with some of the finest builders in Northeastern Ohio. Troike Building Corporation was formed in 1983. Since that time, he has built and remodeled custom homes and commercial projects. John is one of the first true custom homebuilders that brought the environmental issues to the forefront of home designs. He has been featured in many publications including Better Homes and Gardens, The Akron Beacon Journal, Ohio Magazine, The West Side Leader, and Reflections of an American Home.

John personally visits the job sites and believes that honesty and hard work result in a job well done. Perhaps the phrase that best describes his approach to home building is "hands on". You won't have to go far to find John. When he is not in the office, he is on the jobsite, personally following through on some of the smallest details that involve the building project. John received his strong work ethic and personal integrity from his father, Ernie Troike, a long time civil engineer in Ohio.
